This service fees charged for making hotel bookings and car rentals may be refundable.

The amount paid is non-refundable under any details. All cancellation pertaining to hotel bookings and car rentals need to be done over the phone only. We will accept only refund request it the below mentioned conditions are met. We are in the position to secure waivers from suppliers for processing the requested cancellation and refunds.

If you have placed a request for cancellation and refund with us, we provided that the fare regulations permit for cancellation and refunds.

If you are not a "no show". No show relates to the situation where a traveler at the time of getting on. It is not offers and present no information no information regarding the same to the airline.

In most scenarios, a "no show" booking is ineligible for any waiver from suppliers with regard to refund processing.

The request for cancellation and refunds situated with our passenger service agent then you will be sent an e-mail notification from our end stating which request has been received. Your request has been received and offers you with a tracking number that the e-mail notification is just an acknowledgement. We will contact the suppliers on receiving you request like hotels and car rental companies to generate to waiver if it all qualifies for a refund.

Kindly acknowledge that we are completely dependent on the decision of supplier decision for receiving the requested refunds. Our service fees related the original reservation or booking are non-refundable. Please note that refunds are only possible if airline/suppliers rules permit like refunds.
